How do I add items to my cart?

To add a Product or item to your cart, click “Products Category” from that dropdown menu you can select the item that you want and then add file for printing as per the specified dimension. There you can change the quantity you require in "Qty" field. When you click the “Add to Cart” button, you will get a message that your item was added to your shopping cart. If you click the cart now you can see the items that you have added.

Can I upload CDR file format?

CDR format is not allowed. PDF, JPEG and PNG are the formats that are allowed to upload.

How do I view what is in my shopping cart?

To view the contents of your cart, click on the “Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. You can see the shopping cart with the list of the products you have added if any. From there you can delete the products or items, you can change the quantity and you can even empty the cart.

How do I remove items from my cart?

First, click on the “Cart” link in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to shopping cart there you can view all the items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the bin icon shown at the last column next to subtotal. Finally your items will removed from the cart. You can also remove all the items in the cart by clicking “Empty Cart” button.

How do I change the quantity of a particular item in my cart?

First, click on the “Cart” link in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to shopping cart there you can view all items currently in your cart, as well as the quantities that you have chosen for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the box that appears under the "Qty" header for this item and type in the quantity desired, then click the “Update” button. Once you do this, the quantity and associated amount will automatically change and reflect the correct amount in the subtotal.

How will I know that you have received my order?

After you complete the checkout process, a page will appear on your screen showing the message “YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE” and your order number will be shown. Order number starts with the alphabet “M”. This order number is so important to know the status. You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order.

What are your shipping and handling rates?

Shipping and handling rates vary depending on the destination of the order and are based on the total no of items.  There are two option for shipping, one is through courier and another one is through transport (to pay). Courier charge for a single visiting card within Tamil Nadu is Rs.30 and for other states Rs.60. Other products except visiting card, the courier charge within Tamil Nadu is Rs.150 and other states Rs.300.

 What are your payment options?

First option is to pay on account that is using wallet and second option is using Credit/Debit card, Internet banking that is through payment gateway.

How to add amount to wallet?

There are two options to add amount to your wallet. One is to do NEFT/RTGS to our banking account. In this case you have to take the screenshot of the success transaction of NEFT/RTGS and it is to be uploaded in “Add Wallet Challan”. Another option is to deposit amount to our bank account by directly going to bank, here you have to scan the counter slip of your payment and scanned file has to be uploaded in “Add Wallet Challan”. You can find “Add Wallet Challan” option in My Account -> My Wallet. Challan has to be verified by our Accounts Department. It takes four hours from the time of challan upload for the amount to credit in your wallet. It is recommended to upload the challan before 4:30PM, else the amount will be credited to the wallet by the next day.
